1. Agreement
Mynegy (“the app”) is provided by Lloyd Thomas, a sole-trader developer in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Mynegy. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions & free trial
Mynegy Premium is offered with a 7-day free trial, after which it costs £8.99 per month unless cancelled. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your store account; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Mynegy lawfully and respectfully. When sharing content to the community you must not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive users and objectionable content: content is automatically moderated, can be reported, and accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or removed without notice.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the responses and recordings you create. By sharing content to the community you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the app. You can delete your shared content at any time. You are responsible for the content you submit and share.
6. AI feedback
Mynegy uses AI to generate coaching and feedback. This is for practice and self-improvement only, may contain errors, and is not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Mynegy and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
