Acceptance
By creating an account or using Mynegy you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Mynegy is provided by Mynegy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17395048, registered office: 8 Heol-y-beddau, Caerffili, CF83 1AH). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Mynegy in the United Kingdom. By signing up you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions & Sparks
Premium and Spark packs are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores’ payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged. Manage or cancel in your store account. Prices shown in-app are the source of truth and may change. Consumable Sparks are not refundable once granted except where required by law or store policy. Free features (including the daily challenge allowance) may be rate-limited to keep the service fair and sustainable.
Consumer rights (UK)
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer law. If digital content is faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For App Store purchases, Apple’s refund process may also apply.
Community content & conduct
You own the responses you write. By sharing to the community you grant us a licence to display that content to other users within the app. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Shared content is screened by automated moderation. You can report content and block users at any time. We review reports and remove violating content and offending users within 24 hours.
AI feedback disclaimer
Mynegy uses automated AI systems to generate coaching feedback. Output is for practice and self-improvement only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional, medical, legal, therapeutic, or career advice. You remain responsible for how you use any suggestions.
Acceptable use
You must not reverse engineer the service, scrape other users’ content, attempt to bypass rate limits or payment gates, upload malware, or use the app to harm others. We may throttle or suspend abusive traffic to protect the service and other users.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Mynegy Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by UK law.
